By accessing and using Scrollspace, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including the purchase and download of digital books using cryptocurrency.
Service Description
Scrollspace is a digital marketplace that allows users to browse, purchase, and download ebooks using USDC cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through Solana blockchain and are final upon confirmation.
User Responsibilities
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or resell purchased content without permission
• You are responsible for any transaction fees and gas costs associated with blockchain transactions
Purchases and Payments
All purchases are made using USDC cryptocurrency. Transactions are processed on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed. We do not store your payment information or have access to your wallet funds beyond the specific transaction amounts you authorize.
Digital Content License
Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and read the digital content. This license does not grant you ownership of the content, and you may not distribute, share, or resell the purchased materials.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital content that has been successfully delivered to your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on Scrollspace, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Scrollspace or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Scrollspace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to blockchain network issues, wallet connectivity problems, or transaction failures.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control, including blockchain network congestion.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
